Based out of Withdean Sports Centre in Brighton, Movement Personal Training was founded by three dedicated and experienced trainers, who are committed to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals through personalised and effective training programs. Our mission is to empower you to move better, feel better, and live better. With a combined experience of over 45 years in the fitness industry, our founders bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to ensure that every client receives top-notch guidance and support. We believe in creating sustainable lifestyle changes that not only help you reach your fitness goals but also maintain them for the long term.
One of the key aspects to achieving your fitness goal is sticking to a progressive gym programme, your trainer will take your goals, injury's, lifestyle, exercise preference and time frame into account to create the perfect workout plan
Pass all the confusion of planning your nutrition over to your trainer who will simplify and educate you on how to eat and fuel your body depending on your goals
Throughout your training journey we will keep tabs on how you are progressing depending on your goals, we will track your gym performance, body measurements, body composition changes and progress photos
Our training app will contain your goal setting, programming, nutrition, daily habits and activity, progress tracking, community group, exercise and nutrition articles and much more

The cost of our Personal training packages vary depending on the session frequency, and your total package length.
As a result, each training package is designed bespoke for each client. However, we reward loyalty by offering a discount on large packages.
In your first session, your trainer will conduct a fitness assessment to understand your current level, discuss your goals, and develop a customized training plan. This session is all about getting to know you and setting the stage for your fitness journey.
The frequency of training sessions depends on your individual goals, budget, and schedule. Many clients benefit from 1-3 sessions per week, but your trainer can help you determine the best plan for you.
We track progress through regular assessments, including body measurements, gym performance and optional progress photos. Each client will have a slightly different way of monitoring progress depending on their goal.
Your safety is our priority. Please inform your trainer of any injuries or health concerns during your initial assessment. Our trainers are trained to modify workouts and design safe programs that accommodate your needs.
You don’t need any special equipment to get started! Our trainers will provide any necessary equipment during your sessions. If you prefer to train at home, your trainer can suggest options based on what you have available.
