Mark's Transformation

"Best shape of my life for my wedding"

Mark came to us looking to get in shape in time for his wedding, Mark was already doing a lot of the right things, the biggest change we made was taking his programming, workout intensity and purpose in each workout to a new level, learning how to push hard in each set, as well as the correct technique and methods of progression were a game changer for his results.


Marks program consisted of a mixture of full body, upper and lower workouts depending on how many times he could make it into the gym on any given week, our focus was to challenge each muscle group as frequently as we could whilst maximising intensity, rate of progression and recovery.


One of the biggest contributors to Marks results was his daily step count, he maintained an impressively high activity level day to day which is absolute gold for a fat loss program.


Nutrition was simple, the majority of Mark's diet was made up of high quality foods, a protein goal, portion size control around carbs and keeping alcohol intake to level which allowed him to enjoy a night out but not impact his training and nutrition the next day.
