Jacqui came to us looking to improve many aspects of her health including her strength, fitness, mobility and body composition.
Jacqui's program consisted of mostly full body workouts, we wanted to challenge her entire body each workout with a couple of days rest in between sessions, these workouts were largely based around heavy, progressive resistance training. We implemented occasional cardio workouts just to maintain a high level of health and fitness for hobbies she enjoyed such as skiing.
Jacqui's nutrition plan was surprisingly very loose, we didn't set restrictions or calorie targets, instead Jacqui benefited most from something similar to an 80/20 approach, she knew how tidy her nutrition had to be to see results and what she could get away with at the weekends without slowing progress too much. By keeping her diet flexible but mindful she achieved results incredibly fast! There was no need for us to change anything from here.
