His program includes three full-body workouts per week, which fits well with his schedule and allows him to get more volume compared to an upper/lower split.
The nutritional plan focused on helping him eat more than he was used to. Going from eating very little to suddenly consuming plenty of extra calories wasn’t realistic, so we gradually increased his calorie intake to give his body time to adapt. The primary focus was to prioritize protein in each meal, as it is essential for building and maintaining muscle mass.
With this approach, Jack has seen a noticeable improvement in his size and strength. He’s lifting heavier weights while still maintaining excellent technique.
