My fitness journey started in my late teens when I found myself on the chubbier side, searching for a way to change. I was lucky enough to fall under the guidance of a British Team Olympic weightlifting coach at a gritty, community-based gym. What I discovered was more than just a place to work out—it was a family of people who pushed each other to become better, stronger versions of themselves. Through this experience, I grew physically stronger, reshaped my body, and, more importantly, built the confidence I had been missing. Strength became my armour—both physically and mentally.
This transformation inspired me to make fitness my career, not just a job. I knew if I could help others feel the same sense of empowerment that I had gained, it would be deeply rewarding. Since then, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others build both their bodies and their mental resilience.
Over the course of my career, I’ve been featured in magazines and newspapers, worked nationally with Adidas to deliver strength and conditioning education at the grassroots level, and led Europe’s highest-performing personal training team. Along the way, I’ve earned several awards for my contributions to the fitness industry.
While I spend plenty of time in the gym, my athletic journey extends beyond it—I’ve completed marathons, half-marathons, 10k runs, and a triathlon. Outside of training, I enjoy surfing and continually updating my knowledge through reading and attending seminars across Europe. I believe in always learning and evolving, so I can provide my clients with the best, most up-to-date coaching.
