A 6 week small-group personal training program designed for people aged 50 and over who want to maintain - or improve their strength, fitness, mobility, and overall quality of life. You'll train alongside others your age and with similar fitness levels, with expert coaching that keeps every session safe, effective, and tailored to your ability level.
A structured 6-week course that includes two coaching sessions per week, each built around age-appropriate resistance training to help you improve strength, mobility, and overall fitness safely. Every session includes personal guidance, clear technique coaching, and progressions tailored to your ability. You’ll also benefit from accountability, support, and motivation within a friendly small-group setting.(maximum 4 people)
From your 50s onwards, muscle mass, balance, and bone density naturally decline - unless you actively train them. Resistance training is the most effective way to stay strong, mobile, independent, and injury-free. It helps you move better, feel better, maintain a healthy weight, and keep doing the things you enjoy for as long as possible.
At Movement Personal Training we have decades of experience within our team and we have helped countless clients achieve life changing results. A large percentage of our client demographic is 50s and over, we know what works, we know what challenges you face and we know the cost of not looking after your health and fitness as you age.
You will receive an initial 1-to-1 health and fitness screening to determine starting point to ensure you are enrolled into the group that is best suited for you.
