During my 20s I was a yo-yo dieter, and exercise was not a priority. Add children into the mix and suddenly I was time-poor, sleep-deprived and avoiding the mirror. None of the many diets and ‘one size fits all’ exercise plans served me well long-term. Fed up with a lack of results I educated myself using research-based training and nutrition information. I made changes to my diet and lifestyle and never looked back. Transforming my health and body, I went on to compete globally in marathons, ultra-marathons, open water swimming races, triathlons, cycling events, Hyrox and entered a power lifting competition.

Having changed my own body and life I wanted to help others, so I qualified as a personal trainer and life coach. I have been working with men and women of all ages and abilities worldwide for over a decade. My passion is educating and supporting people to reach their health and fitness goals through thoughtfully tailored, enjoyable training programmes.
As a busy working mum, I understand the difficulty of trying to fit in workouts and make good food choices. Throw in the perimenopause and it becomes even tougher, but with the right support its definitely not impossible. My mission is to get more women strength training to transform how they feel, look and perform. Whether you are training for a specific sport or just to live a healthier, longer life, I can help.

One of my biggest motivators is having events planned in my diary so when Im not training other people Im training myself. I am an Ironman finisher, Boston marathon participant, multiple half-Ironman age group winner and World Championship competitor and a two-time 100+mile ultramarathon finisher.
When I am not running, cycling, swimming or lifting weights you will find me volunteering for local charities, embarrassing my teenage children and walking the dog on the Downs before enjoying a nice slice of cake.
