  • A dumbbell area with weights from 1kg to 48kg, perfect for both beginners and advanced lifters
  • A large selection of resistance machines, cable stacks, and other tools to support a full-body strength programme

Circuit Training and Cardio Zone

  • Two astro turf tracks for sled pushes, prowler work, and agility drills
  • A wide variety of cardio machines, such as:
    • Assault bikes
